Our Mission

Our Mission is simple, and it can be summed up in one little equation:

Educate + Awareness = Change

We feel that there are too many people who think that "going green" is:

• too radical
• too confusing
• too inconvenient
• too expensive
• too weird
• too liberal
• or just plain too hard!

Well, our mission is to change that by Education and Awareness.

We are not here to point fingers or to make anyone feel bad. If we were, our fingers would be pointing right at us! (We are definitely not perfect, and who is?)

We also don't want you to think that "going green" means you have to do a total 180 with your lifestyle, maybe just a 90 degree turn in the awareness factor is all you need. Believe us, we know how hard it is when you've just had a long day and can't seem to muster up the energy to whip something up in the kitchen. (It happens to all of us, don't sweat it.) We totally understand that we all have to "live" in this fast paced world and sometimes our choices are limited.

But, our hope is that by educating yourself, you will gain AWARENESS and the power of CHOICE. So when faced with the options of food, cleaning supplies, clothing, and energy options, YOU HAVE THE POWER to make well educated decisions for yourself, your family, and the environment.
